Terms and Conditions of Sale (Freddi Wizard)

These Terms and Conditions apply when you place an order on https://freddiwizard.com/ (the “Website”). By ordering, you accept these Terms.

2. Products and availability

All products are offered while stock lasts. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any payment made for the unavailable item.

3. Prices, VAT, and fees

Prices are shown on the Website in the selected currency.
For consumer purchases, product prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and any other fees are shown before you place the order and at checkout.

4. Order and confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation is our receipt of your order. A binding purchase agreement is formed once we have accepted and processed the order.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa

  • Dankort

  • Visa/Dankort

  • Mastercard

  • MobilePay

Payment is handled through secure payment providers.

We only capture the payment when your order is shipped (or when part of your order is shipped, if shipped in separate parcels). This means the amount is not captured while the order is still being prepared.

If your payment is declined or cannot be authorised, the order will not be completed and no amount will be captured.

6. Delivery

6.1 Shipping method and carrier

We ship using recognised carriers. Depending on destination and the option you choose at checkout, delivery is handled by carriers such as GLS, DAO, PostNord, or an equivalent carrier.

The available shipping options and the exact carrier for your order are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

6.2 Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and/or in your order confirmation.

Typical delivery times (guidance)

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days

  • EU/EEA: 3–8 business days

If a product has a longer delivery time (for example due to limited stock, pre-orders, or special handling), this will be stated on the product page and/or at checkout.

6.3 Delays and deviations

If we expect a delay compared to the estimated delivery time, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated estimate.

If the delay is significant, you can contact us at info@freddiwizard.com to discuss your options, including cancellation of the affected item(s) and refund.

6.4 Failed delivery and incorrect address

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or because the parcel was not collected in time, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days by emailing info@freddiwizard.com and clearly stating that you want to withdraw from the purchase.

8. Returns

After notifying us, you must send the item back without undue delay.

Return condition
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop, but if the item is used beyond what is necessary to assess it, you may be liable for any reduction in value.

Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side or a faulty product.

To ensure correct handling, contact info@freddiwizard.com before returning an item and we will provide the return instructions and address.

9. Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund your payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods, or after you have provided documentation that the goods have been shipped back (whichever is earlier).

The refund includes the original delivery cost for the standard delivery option (if you chose a more expensive delivery option, the extra cost is not refunded).

Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.

10. Complaints and warranty (2 years)

If you are a consumer, you have a two-year legal warranty under Danish law (Sale of Goods Act). This means you can complain about faults that were present at the time of delivery, even if they appear later.

How to complain
Email info@freddiwizard.com with:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • photos if relevant

If the complaint is valid, we will handle the case in line with Danish consumer rules, typically by repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the situation.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can file a complaint with:

You may also use the EU Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ODR) if you are an EU consumer and your complaint relates to an online purchase.

11. Incorrect or damaged items

If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged during transport, contact us as soon as possible at info@freddiwizard.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will guide you on the next steps.

12. Personal data

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy on the Website.

13. Intellectual property and website use

All content on the Website, including images, text, logos, and product materials, is owned by Freddi Wizard and/or its licensors. You may not copy or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You must not misuse the Website, including attempts to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

14. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, business interruption, or other consequential losses, unless such limitation is not permitted by mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled by the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
