Refund and Return Policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work when you buy from https://freddiwizard.com/. If anything is unclear, write to us at info@freddiwizard.com.

1. Returns and the right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

On top of that, Freddi Wizard offers a 30-day return window from the day you received your order, as long as the conditions below are met. If there is a conflict between the 14-day legal right and the 30-day store policy, the legal right applies.

2. Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be free from stains, odors, and damage.
  • You must be able to show proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Items we do not accept for return:

  • Underwear and swimwear, if the hygiene seal has been removed or the packaging has been opened in a way that makes resale impossible.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Gift cards.

If we can confirm that the product is faulty, the rules in section 6 apply.

3. How to start a return

  1. Email us at info@freddiwizard.com with:
  • Order number
  • What you are returning
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange
  • Short reason (optional, but helpful)
  1. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
    In some cases we can also provide a return label, depending on country and carrier options.
  2. Pack the items securely. If possible, use the original packaging.
  3. Send the parcel back according to the instructions.

4. Return shipping costs

  • If the return is because we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For standard returns (size change, change of mind), you pay return shipping.

We recommend using tracked shipping. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned items, we process your refund to the original payment method.

Timing

  • We aim to process refunds within 5–10 business days after the return is received.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time before the money shows in your account.

What we refund

  • The item price is refunded if the return is approved.
  • If you used your legal 14-day withdrawal right, we also refund the original shipping cost for the standard delivery option.
  • If you chose an upgraded delivery option, the extra cost is not refunded.

6. Exchanges

If you want an exchange (size, color, style), email info@freddiwizard.com first so we can confirm availability.

How exchanges work

  • You return the item using the steps above.
  • When we receive and approve the return, we ship the replacement item (if available).

Costs for exchanges

  • If the exchange is due to our error or a fault, we cover the shipping.
  • Otherwise, you cover any shipping costs connected to the exchange, unless we agree otherwise.

7. Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@freddiwizard.com as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery. Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Short description of the issue

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case and stock availability.

8. Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it, as long as the order has not been shipped. Email info@freddiwizard.com with your order number.

If the order has already shipped, you will need to return it using the process above.
